For nearly 20 years I have been providing customized hosting and domain management solutions as part of my services to my clients in order to assist them in managing their business on the internet.
Beginning in 2023 I will no longer provide online billing and domain management services for customers that only have domain registration as part of their portfolio. Clients that are otherwise engaged in the consulting and management services I provide will not be affected.
If you only have domain registration provided by StrataCorps you will have already been notified on how to secure your domains by transferring them to another domain registrar such as Domains.google or CloudFlare.
No further access to the online Clients & Billing customer portal will be provided.
I will continue to provide my clients with all of the necessary service and support to make their projects a success. I just find that the online customer portal was outdated and underused. I would rather talk directly to my customers when they need assistance or are planning their next project than to use an online ticketing system.
For those of you that have been using StrataCorps for domain registration and renewal can rest assured that if there is any service I can provide for you, I am happy to discuss the steps to help you plan, design, build and manage the solution that will make your business on the web a success. However if you only have domains and no other services with me, it would be best that you work with your existing web service provider to consolidate your digital assets in a centralized location.
